Problem
Just as humans have health apps installed on their phones, pet owners also want to monitor their pets' health. Animal medication can be expensive, and by understanding their pets' emotions and feelings, we can potentially prevent illnesses from developing into serious health issues in advance.
To help users monitor their pets' physical and mental health based on their health data.
Pet owners are always eager to understand their pet’s expressions, and body language alone is not enough. This app helps users gather both the physical and mental health information of their animals, generate AI-powered reports, and provide treatment recommendations from certified animal doctors.
Solution
A weekly health data diagram helps users monitor their pets' physical and mental health. A chat-style notification system simulates a conversation between humans and animals, enriching the interaction experience. AI-generated health reports, nearby doctor appointments, and an online medicine delivery process effectively ensure that pets receive proper treatment.

The survey was conducted with 30 pet owners, aged between 20 and 60 years old. The experience level ranged from beginners to those with up to 30 years of experience. Pet ownership varied from 1 to 5 pets.

Pet owners aged 42 to 57 (Gen X) are the least likely to own pets other than cats and dogs. In contrast, individuals aged 18 to 25 are significantly more likely than other age groups to have a variety of pets.
Spending on pets has increased
66% of pet owners are likely to spend money on pet behavioral training, expensive pet food, doggy daycare, and dog walking services.
Pet owners are spending more time with their pets now than before the pandemic.
23% of pet owners acquired pets during the pandemic. COVID-19 has led to an increase in time spent with pets, and this change is becoming permanent.
People can trust online doctors as long as they have a proven certification.
78% of pet owners would have a more favorable view of a doctor who discussed their pet's health condition and treatment with them.
After creating an account, pet owners can scan each of their pets, and the system will automatically generate and build their profiles without the need for manual data input. A Bluetooth tag needs to be attached to each pet, allowing the system to monitor their health data in real time.
Health Data
The backend will record daily activity, sleep hours, meal times, and amounts. AI will generate the pet’s mood based on all the health data. Users can view a weekly summary of this data when they check the history. If any health issue is detected, users will receive a conversation-style notification. The chat will guide them through the next steps to take action.
Online doctor
Research shows that pet owners trust certified animal doctors to provide online treatment. We will first send all the collected data for assessment, and users can also schedule video calls or visit nearby doctors for a more detailed check-up. After each call or visit, users will receive a report in the notification center containing the doctor’s notes, prescribed medicine, and a guide for future pet care.
